Geological conditions of the site turned out to be difficult: subsidence soils, pronounced terrain, high groundwater. The fate of the house is quite scandalous - several undertook to build it companies, but unfortunately made critical mistakes since foundations, which gave a drawdown from uneven subsidence under load and incorrect construction of foundations.
